In May of 2018 we had tremendous amounts of rain and I had a completely flooded basement. In a panic, I called ServiClean. BEST DECISION! In all of the mess, they were calm, professional, PROMPT, and effective. They came as soon as possible, and all of the water was removed, as well as complete mold remediation. This is a terrible situation to be in, but ServiClean is the right company to have to help you! THANK YOU AGAIN to all of those who provided such excellent service.

Our sump pump stopped working during a very heavy rainstorm and water seeped up through the foundation into our finished basement. This happened on a Saturday and we didn’t want our waterlogged carpet to sit there all weekend with water creeping into the drywall. I called ServiClean because they advertise emergency water remediation services and they have great reviews on Angie’s list.
Within a couple of hours of calling, a crew of two technicians arrived to evaluate the situation and suggest a remediation plan and cost estimate. They then set to work removing the wet carpet and any water damaged areas of drywall. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous and they returned 3 days later exactly on time to remove the large air dryers they had set up. The whole experience was efficient and highly professional, and I would not hesitate to use this service again.

I contacted this company the day I came home to a ceiling leak. I spoke with Lilian and she was so professional and comforting. I was nearly in tears bc my insurance wasn't explaining things that I could understand the entire process of what I needed to do. I called Servi Clean and Lillian explained to me the step by step process that I needed to do to this this matter resolved. She gave me some referrals on plumbers to contact and advised that she would have the Servi Clean folks at my house in the morning to start their process in getting my issue resolved. The guys came and set up and left their equipment and were very professional and super helpful. I would recommend this company any day of the week and twice on Sundays. :) It's great when you have such a wonderful experience to share and this customer service is the kind i knew when company's really cared about their customers so, thanks Servi Clean for being that company in a world that has gone to companies that only care about their profit and not people.
